I was just wondering if PVP DEBUFFS STACK??? this will be very important

Well it depends on what you mean by stack. If you mean can two privateers stack the same debuff on a single enemy? No I dont think they can do that. But can you have two different debuffs that affect the same area of the enemy's ship at the same time? Yes.

AFAIK the only buff or debuff that stacks like that is a Navy Officer skill (two skills?) that specifically mention(s) it.
