PVP Debuffs Stack?

I was just wondering if PVP DEBUFFS STACK??? this will be very important

Unless there are not multiple icons, no they do not stack.
There is an additional interesting tidbit, in that cut shroud and cripple ship also do not stack (though this only matters if you're a pirate)
