Taking to long!

My sail designs and flags are taking almost about 2 weeks to get passed voting. How can i make it faster?
Can i ask the society members to vote for it to make it quicker?

Yes, more votes do make content move through the system faster but since your society members will be voting on content randomly they might have to do quite a bit of voting just to get only a few votes for your design. This helps the system overall, and will help your design a bit as well. But your society members might become frustrated at the process at the same time.
