14 day trial doesnt work?

So the 14 day trial only works if you have a new account? I tried it with my SOE account and it wont let me use it. Anyway for old vets to test the game before commiting?

I think that was one of the stipulations mentioned in the trial account terms.

New players only.

Can't you just open i new station account, it's free isn't it, until the trial's over at least.

Complained to SOE about it and they gave me the 14day trial.

Kinda dumb you wouldnt want old players to come back see if they like the changes and tell their friends tocome bacl
