Arch Coastline
Spain - 24 (6 HMCs, 6ish 3rd rates, lots of 4ths, Gallant Naval Frigate)
France - 18 (couple 1sts, lots of 3rds, 10-12 HMCs)
Commanders - Spain: LOL first Peres, then me, then Edwind, and finally Mendo
France - no idea
Spain takes 3 and so does France. France's HMC group sails SE to engage us as we shake out our lines. France's heavies sail to the little island and wait. Spain engages the HMCs as they try to pull us west toward the fort. The French heavies wait too long to begin thier move and get semi-split by Spain. Spain focuses well and starts sinking a couple 3rd rates. The french HMCs turn back toward their heavies and lose Quenta in the process. Running fight to the fort. Tally at this point is 5 French down and 4 Spannies (plus 1 D/C i think). We blow the gun, and it's hawt. Timer clicks down. French pop out around 5 minutes to town opening and bum rush my group. I get caught up on the stupid island and lolspikedoutbytheentireremainingfrenchfleetoncemyi nvinciblewearsoff. Another running battle. Couple French die, couple Spanish die. 6 French HMCs make it to town. Remaining Spannies (12 i think) go into to town and after methodically picking their way through NPCs and Players, kill the commander around the 1 hour 55 minute mark.
