GameStop.com Pre-order

I pre-ordered via GameStop.com back in mid-Dec for PotBS and have not received my 'keys' yet. I've been to the GameStop.com support/help site and submited a query about it, no answer yet. Has anyone else, who has pre-ordered through GameStop.com received their keys yet?

I also recommend that you ask for a Customer Service Manager. Not only do they actually know the real in's and out's, but they are 100% more friendly. Go the the website link below, find the phone number, and give them a friendly call. Remember that you will be treated as you treat them.
