Couldn't FLS get accurate information from the Laundrymen running SOE and relay it to us, or at least say, we have been in contact with SOE and they don't know what their doing?

C'mon.

FLS employees are probably busy playing games and other very interesting things I am sure they have available at HQ.

We are currently going on about as much information as you all are. All of the login severs for both the website and game are run by SOE, so the invalid user name message is related to the SOE outage. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

Not to be intrusive, but why are they run by SOE exactly, I had not even heard of SOE before I started playing this game, it seems like some obscure website for cheap second rate games, PotB doesn't belong there!

The problem we currently have is not the same as you I'm afraid. We are trying to determine to go on without playing for X amount of hours or keep attempting to login every 10 minutes.

I am embarrased that FLS and SOE does not have a direct line of communication, and that the problems that are existing within SOE is more hush hush than Bin Laden's new address location.

Is it too much to ask for length of downtime est from SOE and relay it to us? Since they are negligent in so many ways, this might help give us the feeling that someone cares and that the money previously spent on POTBS is not wasted on executive gluttony and sloth.

Just asking.

It would be nice to see PotBS to be picked up by another company that will actually breath life back into the game. I seriously still feel like I did back in 08 that this game can easily compete with WoW. But not as long as sony is holding the leash.

this does remind me of the reasons why i stopped playing league of legends tremendous downtime with no real information nore any estimations on how long it will be down for even tho the circumstances are different it still feels all to familiar but meh i cnt complain that much as unlike league of legends i have yet to put money into this game for once i waited to see how the game played out and how good the service provided is.
