If I was hired to work at SOE or FLS there would be massive structure changes and not leaving downtime play to the user to discover through endless searches.

yeah that compensation hardly makes up for what has happened this will definatly been drawn out for a long time i think

Well it isn't FLS fault, at least not entirely you can blame the recent lapse in security on SONY's part, they have a lot to answer for. Thinking they can brush this under the carpet with a months worth of useless membership.

everybody bombard fls via support tickets to force them to get an estimate on the lenght of DT from SOE :-)

useless idea for as one of the admins has stated they are in the dark as much as us its obvious how big the carpets sonys hiding under. which means fls although they try as hard as they can if sony arnt responding or are to busy to reply or w.e excuse they might cook up. you cant hold fls and hang them for a sony offence all you can hope for is that fls may have finally reached the end of its nervs with SOE and will move on and grow either on its own or with a new alliance. flooding them with Support tickets for this sought of thing is pointless they have more problems they could be working on than answering a ticket for a problem everyone knows about.

The best thing to do is for FLS to get the monkey off their back by stating what they have done to get information from SOE. If SOE is not responding to their hails, then let is be stated as such.
