Servers appear to be down once more.

This is just pathetic.

With all these things we read with the Devlogs, and "looking out onto the horizon". All these changes they want to make, etc.. I just dont see how they intend to accomplish this when they cant even keep servers up..
I can understand if there is some sort of emergency maintence etc.. but how about a nice 5 minute warning message across the server to allow people time to dock etc?
The lack of communication, and simple rules of every day CUSTOMER SERVICE is appualing..

I'm lvl 45 and have my own society i dont have flags and sails yet so if you could tell me how to make them correctly pls do my soc is Crimson Rage Devils on Roberts server and i am a pirate.

Last 2 days i can't login to Roberts server
 

Last 2 days i can't login to Roberts server. I get the message "Server could not be found and is probably restarting..." all the time.
It's just me or everybody has the same problems?

Anyone experiencing problems using the SOE launcher? SOE launcher stays "black" and does nothing currently ...

After a while of it being black with SOE in the midd. I got a 504 Gateway timeout.
