I have an unused time card with code and wanted to join cptns club with it, but i got - 'the activation code is not suitable for the selected game'. I was trying to type it with different registr and distances>same result. In conclusion system has banned me at all for many incorrect tryings. Is this a permament ban? And can you check the code if i ll send it to you?

You should log a support request with SOE. They're the ones who handle registration codes. It's not something we have any visibility into or control over so we have almost no ability to help you with this type of issue.
