Dev Question: Port Battle Invites Bugged?

I am not sure if the bug is out there again, but I hear people complaining. I note we have been a few short in recent battles, although we assumed it was because of crashing on load. I also have personally gotten that glitched message (you are 51st in line) and then been invited before people who are 4th in line.

Given the game breaking nature of the bug when this hit last time, can we please get a Red comment that this has been checked into to make sure its not bugged again?

Another issue I encountered yesterday was that we were only 11 in a PB ... granted, only few of us had points in Gibara, I was invited with only 12 points - but there were players who had some 200ish generic points, no personal points tho, and they were not invited although we were only half a team while the other team brought 24 ships.

Well here's a bump for Garbad's question as we've been seeing this on Bonny for weeks now. Someone will get the "you are 5th in line", they'll click Okay, but then NOT get into the PB while people that were 28th, 34th, etc *do* get in.

We're seeing a lot of level 50s being left out of the fight with low level folk getting in and STILL NOT HAVING A FULL 24!!!!!!!

Something's amiss in the PB Lottery system, it needs some attention and quickly before more people give up on the whole system and quit trying for PBs. (or just quit the game in frustration, we've had too many of those lately)
