Default please fix the Master Shipyard labor description, its wrong...

Currently the description for the Master Shipyard is this:

"This structure decreases the labor used in recipes by a factor of 0.2."

Now, in the queen's english, this would indicate that you get a 20% reduction, i.e. you use 80% of the labor of a regular large shipyard.

However, it actually USES 20% of the labor of a regular shipyard. so, instead of using 24 hours for a Conquistador, it takes 4.8 hours.

In this case, your description should read:

. . . . "This structure decreases the labor used in recipes by a factor of 0.8."

or simply

. . . . "This structure uses only 20% of the labor used in recipes"

unless, of course, the tooltip is right and the master shipyards are just bugged and use much less labor than intended...

which is it?

Don't forget to mention all advanced structures, which 'decreases the labor used in recipes by a factor of 0.8'. I really blinked my eyes a couple of times when I saw that .

I would also say that (IMO) the game shouldn't use silly wordings like 'by a factor of 0.2'. I think changing all text from:
"This structure decreases the labor used in recipes by a factor of 0.2."
to...
"This structure decreases the labor used in recipes by 20%."
Is both shorter and makes more sense without having to use your brain too much.

I see it as a bug in the labor rates. Fix the bug, imho. But then I think there will be a lot of complaints. Still, the point of building an advanced structure is the long term ROI. A 20% decrease makes a lot more sense than an 80% decrease.
