Can we rename Chars

With US server characters being able to move around i think us ozzies should be able to rename our chars this would be good foe us that have named our chars with guild initials but wish to remove them or change them

I learnt my lesson doing that in Battlefield 2. I was running around with a clan tag in front of my name for about a year and a half after we switched to another team.

Maybe they could add an optional "surname" field that you can use:

Jolly Roger (no surname set)
<surname> Jolly Roger

Examples:
AVCG Jolly Roger
Capt. Jolly Roger
Sir Jolly Roger
Cabin Boy Jolly Roger
1337 Jolly Roger

So, you shoudl be able to change your surname at will, but your regular name cannot be changed.

anther idea is to possibly and a guild tag max 5 chars and iss applied when ur in a guild guild leaders have the abbility to change guild tag at any time wich will chg for every1 in the guild either live or when they login next

ie tag should be in the guild options

all i know is i got ripped off when they changed pirates to cutthroats, now ive got a buc called Buck Aneer, and a Cut called Pirate....ruined. Wonder if they will change my name to Kut Throat for me.

lol just do what WoW does and make Guild name under your user tag name.

yes you can rename your char. i started playing sunday, when i got to the name part, i was stumped and couldnt think of a name, so i moronically used my real name, after some debate i decided thats not a good idea, i used the support page to get ahold of a gm, and they said they would approve a name change, asked me what i want and its done.
