BSS leaving

All of us have downloaded the 14 day trials of Eve, so we are huge newbs again =). If we are not transferred within the 14 days they will go live and PoTBS accouts are dead. Been fun playing with you guys. I'm sure many of you are glad to see us all go, happy sailing to the rest of you. Its been a blast.

But seriously, you guys are the largest society left on Antigua, the ones filling PBs for France, the ones leading those PBs, the only society full of people who actively pvp in the red every night

I hate being broke. Oh well, there's an average of 40,000 people online in EVE at any given time. I don't think there's been 40,000 people to even own Pirates since it first came out.

lol, wow...never saw eve coming. it's a lot like potbs....at first it's great. you have a lot of fun because it's new...and then people understand that your going **** them in the butt when they fight you and eventually all they do is run or try to zerg you. then you can't get fights and you start wondering about POTBS. then you come back and some things have changed...usually they change up the skills every few patches and you keep playing this game because i have come to find that it's like crack. almost like crispy cream doughnuts. so i'll see you guys in a month or so

Well, balance restored to Antigua RvR

Seriously, even though I am no longer active in this game, this news makes me sad. BSS had become an essential fixture in my mind, thinking about the game. This departure will leave a huge hole, no doubt.

I had many, many memorable fights with BSS (and their predecesser society, The Council), starting with my Pirate days in Nine Winds and then Helter Skelter, and finally with BVSC as Spanish. I considered BSS to be BVSC's main Nat pvp rivals. Sometimes we won, sometimes we lost. Almost always, it was a challenging fight.

/salute to BSS and fair winds to ye, even if it is among the interstellar gases between the stars
