Good fights on roberts!

Some may need to sit down for this but here goes.

WIS caught us trolling around between PR and MT, in the wee quiet hours for most of you. It turned into a 5v5 pretty quickly. The exact ship combination I cant remember at the moment but the opening volleys smashed the hell out of a pherc that made it out of range with a matchstick between the captiain and the water. By this time we had turned it into a close ranged brawl clearly in our favour, being rats. Slowly we started to work targets causing them to split up a little, next thing I knew I was smashed by a full volley and sailing on less then the pherc was, so I made a few repairs got a bit of distance and spun round to get cover from my fleet, popping out the far side to finish off the first WIS target to take signifigant damage.

The Pherc came back into the fight at this stage, WIS were working hard to get shots on me to send me swimming as Im not bright enough to get out of cannon range. This is when the second WIS went down, leaving the Maces and our heavily damaged fleet, we took the boarding option as one decent focused broadside from two of the three remaning maces would have sunk any target. The last Mace was clear of our fleet as it was still fighting hard to get shots on me, having popped my second round of repairs and with a backup towards the mace I turned. With 2 of the 3 maces in boarding combat and 3 rats coming hard the final mace made the turn and dashed for an exit.

This was a very close battle with either of two pirate ships getting sunk could have been the turning point. How they did not is beyond me. The final tally of 4 brits down to no rats doesnt reflect the battle in the least. It was a great fight and Tiphat to WIS for it.

That battle could have went either way, I do not know how we didn't take the first guy down lol. We had several fights that night, this was the only one that we lost, twas a very good fight and look forward to more like this. Well not too like this lol, I would like to sink something. Tiphat to the rat groups we fought and the Frogs that fought us that night.

Again last night, Tiphat to WIS. I now have to go and nail two pieces of wood together for all the ships I went through.

Yup last night was good fun again, you guys did well in the last fight but as usual it could have went either way. The first two fights were awesome also but didn't go well for you guys lol. Here is to more fights like these. P.S who is this, what's your in-game name? lol
