marketing idea for newbies to obtain a 1st rate

to negate the advantage veterans will have that are sitting on top rate ship stockpiles, give each new player a reward upon reaching lvl50 with a ship token that can be exchanged for one deed only of any ship they choose including a 1st rate that can be sailed by any class.
this would give a great incentive for newbies to lvl up & for others to make alts.

Result: much more subscribers & many more alts to keep players interested.

It would be a terribly unbalancing thing.

That alone is reason enough not to do it; we finally have some semblance of balance from the P&P changes and there is no reason to get rid of that.

radical changes are needed that will bring in players that are easy to implement.
its too late for anything else.
