That is obsolete structure now. You just need a forge now.

Well, Weaponsmith deeds still work.

I have a character on Roberts with a stack of old Weaponsmith and Carpenter deeds and every so often I put one up. They give all the Forge and Lumber Mill recipes respctively.

I know I too have all the old obsolete ones as well. Just firgured the OP was looking for one for manufactureing items and not just looking for a collection. Oh and mine are on Antigua.
