24v24, pretty even fleets I thought, Spain had 2 lowbies who were traiter flagged I guess. They had a full HMC team against our HHs.

Brits come from the NE and tack N with Spain sailing N as well making a little V. Brits turn south and linefight until Spain crashes the line with invincible NOs. Brits regroup to the S with a few guys in boarding. Apparently their whole skirms went for 2 guys while our focus fire took out any Spains that came loose.

Brits end up losing 10 to Spain's 18 down after a long chase for an Alex that is faster than our HMC? 6 Spains get into town after we fail to demast any charging into town. We shouldn't have gone in initially but oh well. Brits win in avcoms

3 lowbies and 1 guy who went afk and sailed off into the distance. We had a lot of returning and new players in that battle, was a good experience for them.

Ahhh yes, at last, other teams suffer from "PUG effect"! Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen. I believe Brits had a number of new/returning players as well but that's just another Monday for us.

Was a great fight. Brits sailed forward at a good angle, turned at a good time and began a line fight from a good distance. I was surprised by the Spanish charge but the brawl went in our favor. Someone made a good call to start running south, in the direction of the Spanish charge, and I think that resulted in a good clump of Brits being able to get re-organized and lined back up for spikes while the rest of us kept the Spanish busy in the clump.

Always good to see relatively close battles.

As a fellow spanish player I do have to ask you to stop making excuses for loses. Good fight Brits, looks like your nation has changed for the better on the pvp side since F2P. Kinda of funny that you guys have Spanish town too. Good luck to you and I hope you can continue to fight like this so the pvp is good when I get to that stage.

Also quote exactly where I made an excuse for why we lost, I corrected the OP on there being 2 lowbies and stated a fact, that we had a large number of new players. No where did I state why we lost, nor did I point blame at anyone or thing in particular.

As a fellow Spanish player I find it disrespectful that a player of our nation refuses to reveal their identity on the forums. There is only one reason you would conceal your identity. My guess is you are one of the lowbies that refused to leave for a level 50 in return for the reward. You are probably the one that spent half the time t-boning our guys at the back of the line. If you are not a lowbie you are probably one of the new players who left immediately after the battle despite being asked to stay so the senior players could explain the finer details of PBs.

I did. You are saying you lost because you had 3 lows and an afk. And here is a hint for you, I was never in the battle, was not even online then. As far as my forum name is concerned unlike most people I don't come up with 50 different names for one account. And I don't see anything that says who you are in game, just something that says you are Spanish on this server that has the noobish habit of changing to whatever Soc you think is better. It descirbes you but it does not tell who you are.

And sorry if it was not intended as an excuse but that is what it looks like and you did do the same thing on the Spanish town pb thread.

If you dont know who I am then clearly you are not part of the Spanish nation. You might play Spain, but that does not make you part of the nation.

Once again, I never said that is the reason we lost, I simply corrected the details of the OP. The ST PB was a totally different situation. The Brits did not win that battle like they won this one, we handed them ST by failing to take the town.
