Outage on Sunday: Build 2.4.38.0

We will be publishing build 2.4.38.0 to our live servers on Sunday, April 24th, between 11:00pm and 5:00am Pacific (PDT)*.

This hotfix resolves a problem with follow pets and an issue with toolbars.

Ok probably I am one of the few idiots that are still paying a sub for this game! The number of times its been down is not acceptable, given that you also decide to run a fix on a holiday Monday is not great planning. I am becoming more and more disillusioned with the provision of this game and am afraid time to move to a different game which is more reliable fast approaches.

Not sure how it's laid out with FLS, but cloud technology and dynamic IP assignment could at least allow a website to remain up when the internal server clusters are down.

Seems kinda silly for any corporate infrastructure not to take advantage of removing single points of failure for your entire business model. And having your website down while your game is being maintained is a failure in the business model, folks. How else does your player base get word the servers are messed up still? A competitor website? Yahoo Answers? Fail.

Just my 2 cents. I'm not an FLS server admin, whom I am sure are doing what they can, with what they have to work with.
