Small addition to the Support Ticket
I think you should add a "Back" button when the Ticket Submit Form replies that the subject or message is too short.
Not all know that you need to press Back in your browser to avoid re-typing everything in the ticket they want to make. Just a suggestion to make it more user-friendly  Mods can refer to this ticket: POTBS-120211-00008
