I have purchased a "Active Character Change" and I understand that there is a comment saying their customer service is having problems but I have been unable to contact anyone for 4 days now. I have spent my money and have had no sign that my transaction is going to be processed anytime soon. Please if anyone knows a way to contact customer let me know, or if you are customer service please contact me.
Being made to wait for 4 going on 5 days now is ridiculous. I have been paying and playing this game on multiple accounts for years, a few of them from the beginning. I am amazed at the way this is being handled... |
