RvR Revamp

I can't help but wonder after this last build...

Will the big revamp of the RvR system restrict port battle invites to only those who are subbed Cap Club?

No but I think there's a good chance CC places could be reserved so that you have better chance to get in full battles if you pay a sub. Can't say I'd mind that.

Good point. I won't know until the build goes live and I don't receive an invite when I have points.
