FLS isn't going to spend more than 2 seconds on this. Read Ebeneezer's line in area chat from your screen shot. It will be more likely that you get banned from the forums for /dumbspam than Angus get a game ban.

How many battles since launch has everyone won where they eventually had to wait for the town to open up and take the town in avcom either because there wasn't a lot of numbers, or you won on the OS but couldn't sink absolutely everyone?
