I never really paid attention to the white cockatoo even though I have one, but with the release of the black cockatoo something has been raised, and as an Australian I am outraged...well not really but its annoying.
Anyway, the Cockatoo is just the parrot with a crest. There are 3 key problems with the parrot being reskinned to make a Cockatoo. The first is the beak. A parrots upper beak is quite a lot longer then that of a Cockatoo. See pics to see for yourself (pic 1 is Cockatoo, pic 2 is a Parrot) The second problem is a lot more subtle, its the wings. The wings on Cockatoos come back a lot more towards the tail then that of the Potbs parrot, to a point where they rest on the tail. The wings of a Cockatoo in a resting position are also shorter then the tail. The 3rd problem is a bit harder to show with pics but it is a simply premise. The White Cockatoo is around 40cm, the Black Cockatoo is around 60cm. There is no size difference in the game. There is a 4th problem with the Cockatoo that is separate to the problems of just reskinning the parrot. The patch on the eye of the Cockatoo should be yellow, not red. A Black Cockatoo is either all black, or black with a yellow/white patch below its eye. The only Cockatoo with a red patch is the Palm Cockatoo. Pics show the difference between the two. Either you have confused your Cockatoos or you have confused the location of the patch, as there are Black Cockatoos that have either a yellow tail, or a red tail. (pic 1 is a Black Cockatoo, pic 2 is a Palm Cockatoo)
