User Interface and Screenshot Issues

Ahoy!

When I started playing Pirates of the Burning Sea I felt that the in-game screen capture via the P key was cumbersome and slow. So I set out to find a standalone software that would meet my needs for fast and reliably screen capturing while allowing my gaming to go unhindered, ie during PvP or intense group play.

I found Gadwin Printscreen and have been using it for the past 3+ years, taking over 20,000 screenshots. Since about 1 year ago I started to notice very strange things increasingly with many, sometimes half of the screenshots I was taking (see attached images).

I've done some testing and this is also happening with other screen capture software. In addition, I've tweaked most all the in-game graphics settings to no avail. That leaves the issue being a game or video drivers issue.

Would someone we willing to download Gadwin Printscreen and test what results you get to help me narrow down this issue?

My next step is to look at my video drivers and directx version.
