it has 191mm armor with all kinds of strange slopes Even if it is being hit with a 0 degree slope, the only guns at tier 6/7/8 that will consistently penetrate 191mm armor are the final guns of the king tiger and IS-3, and even they will bounce regularly if they hit somewhere that is sloped. Oh, and to sum up the balance that wot has, the german preorder is tier 6 with a 110 damage gun, the soviet preorder is tier 4 with a 105 damage gun
