I was reading in the announcements about some things about maintenance and like the SOE being down and stuff so if it is down can i download the game? cause mines stuck on 3.8 for about 5 hrs now

you can download it even if the servers are down, you can't enter the game then though. at the moment the servers are up so you should be able to download and play

I left it downloading overnight and i woke up and it was at 4.0 and it wouldnt go more then i restarted computer and it was at 3.8 and wouldn't go more so i deleted the files and am redownloading then so idk hopefully it works
