I don't mind having a nation that functions differently; yes, more difficult to balance, but I do like the variety.

I just think it's unfortunate that the rat skillsets and free boats reward ganking to such a disproportionate degree - the resulting weak national cohesion and poor focus on group discipline is what lead to rats being over-buffed, and perpetuates this mindset that they are still somehow "UP".
