Possible to resize group ul?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to resize the group UL (where you see members/their hull etc)?

Cause in my point of view it takes unnecessary much space, and I'd really like to decrease it.

Same goes for the thingy that shows what ammo your cannons are loaded with.

Everything seem to be resizable except those two.
