storyline stuck

ugh my storyline stuck again. this time its that my "love intrest" got locked up in jail and i have to see her uncle. the uncle said that he will think of something to get her out then the mission endded, no fellow ups. what lvl do i need to hit to cont? and do i just come back to that uncle to get my next mission?

As Icek correctly states you have reached a "break" at 30 you can visit the algerians or at 35 they will send for you.
