Active Nation Switch

Quick Question: I know that when you choose to change your active nation during a ceasefire, you have to create a new character.

Is there a way to purchase that Active Nation Switch in the Treasure isle and keep your character on one nation, and move everything to another Nation?

You can purchase the token and switch nations: but your French toon and stuff held in warehouses will remain French. What this allows you to do is switch to another toon on the same account and be with that nation. Or create a new toon if you don't have 1.

If you need a completely new toon, you might want to consider a new account. Then you can take a 1 time rep hit and trade stuff over to you new toon.

Are there any restrictions to being able to purchase this Active Nation Change? I do not have an option is Treasure Aisle on one of my accounts. I have it on one but not the other. Neither are capt. club or anything. Any help please.
