Old Character recovery?

I played along time ago and want to play old character is there a way to recover old characters from old servers?

Simply send an email to tech support and they can recover your characters from any defunct servers and place them on the server(s) of your choice. I got this done in less then 4 hours total time.

Same, it took them 6 hours for mine.
