Here I installed the game on my new PC and when I start the game its me but it does anyone know why?

I think Sony might be having problems (Sony run the launcher not FLS). It's the same error as reported below which fixed itself.

You could try disabling antivirus and firewalls as a test just in case as it is a "failed to connect" error but it is likely that one of Sony's servers has gone down.
