I haven't used Florentine much lately, but if I were going to I'd probably go along similar lines as the DF build. Focus on trying to stack Disarm and pop your heal around 1/4 guard. Florentine is difficult, though, if you miss your debuffs it gets very difficult to win.

You might consider only getting 1 black powder. Precise strike is pretty nasty for captain vs. captain and it allows you to swap between the momentum buffs to keep them up all the time.

Probably 80-85%. The rest are fairly evenly divided between fencing, florentine, and brawling.

I haven't been beaten in months, if not over a year. That being said, Cognac and DUTCHMEN are the only decent players I've fought recently.

Can't argue with a win % of 100%.

What do you find the weakness of dirty fighting is?????

It tends to be initiative starved if you can get your defense high enough to outlast a few attacks, and they can't remove things that lower their offense, like shaken or blind. Basically just do as much as you can to prevent them from actually hitting you - pop things like perfect parry/dodge or fluid defense, use a shaken debuff if you have it (NOT WEAKENED), or blind. I went the fencing route specifically to lower their resistance, though, which is a nice alternative if you can get it to land.

And I'm not unbeatable, I just haven't been lately. Most people don't practice as much as I do, and that's the main thing to getting better. If you don't get your strategy down to a routine, other people can break your momentum up and turn the fight on you.

Yes I practiced a good bit yesterday.

I found that the trip line which I had originally wanted to be my combo starter was actually the weaker line, so i'm debating using corp da corps as the first line. Sometimes i think I over-complicate stuff but I don't want to have no half-*** build either....I try to over-analyse on the front-in so I can see good success as I go through.

Current build has 1 gun...which is a problem, but has to be done..rending strike was just too pretty to leave out.

full defense as always cause like i'm pretty sure thats my core.

If you're cheap, you can always use a chain shirt, first-rate, necklace of pure silver, and supple boots, first-rate. But the muffled treads are easy enough to get if you have some MoTs.
What are the stats on lizards scales?

I don't have them on my current toon, but I think it's 9% resist, +12 dodge. I know it's 9% resist, but the dodge number might be off a bit.
