Is it funny or sad that noone seems care enough to post about the servers being down 2.5 hours after the stated window?

Yes not fixed prolly main reason is re-introducing 1-2 Rates soon so only ppl payin CC can build them durin lack of labor on f2p or even premium. I just wonder how now feel ppl who buy extra eco slots for bsn or real cash sometimes? In patch notes there is info about fix os bug that is simple not true , few times our group of 3 ships cant enter 8 npc fleet in full numbers.
And another anoying thing is impossibility using soc warehouse when u got 2 characters in same port with same priviliges for soc warehouse, resolve this is only go open sea and back in...incovenient

Unhappy labour hours reduction

it would be helpful and showing some small amount of respect to the player base , especially the soc guys who spend much time making items to pass on at reasonable prices within soc . for fls to tell us if the hours cap was a glitch that sort of crept in when fixing structure bug .. or is an intentional mod ... its a major obstacle to amount of time people are willing to spend doing eco. every 1.5 days ... plus all the hauling time ... major backward step surely ?

i do my eco to make money and to help out in soc .. but i want to spend most of my time doing other stuff , not a slave to doing my eco .... its suddenly looks like the eco side of game becomes too much like real life work . i want to play game for fun and enjoyment , a little escaping from rl grind ...

Erm... no. Only the error of releasing the labor nerf EARLY was admitted as a mistake.
I have not read as yet any mention anywhere that FLS even acknowledge public feeling and feedback and they so far appear to have heels thoroughly dug in on the issue of labor nerf.
only the ninja / sneak / stealth introduction of it has been addressed and commented on.

How is this different from how societies operated within a closed system before soc warehouses ? Or do you not know how a closed society econ system operates and just like being chicken little? This is simply an off-line transfer system that facilitates the same transaction that occurred on-line.

Default Outage Tonight (6/9): Build 2.10.54.1

We will be publishing build 2.10.54.1 to our live servers on Saturday, June 9th between 1:00am and 5:00am Pacific.

This hotfix resolves some issues with the 2.10 milestone build. Release notes can be found here.
