i used the game perfectly since yesterday ( 12/06/2011 ) and everything worked apart a few crashes but everytime i restarted it worked again.... now i'm restarting the computer and the game from about a hour and everytime i enter in the game it says me " unable to connect to server directory. Please exit the game and try again " ...... and the problem is that every other online game i got like mount and blade warband and napoleon total war work perfectly online.... so it's not my internet..... do i have to uninstall and re-download and re-install the game again?

I have also gotten this message. I got kicked and then when i try and login it shows this message. I live in the US on the East coast

Yes, it happens about 10 times to me already today, only after this last patch this morning .. I am in UK
