Burning Sea Notes buying problem

I actually experiment some problem. I bought a 50$ pack of Burning Sea Notes (23 notes) on july 15. I recieved well my bill on my mail adress, but i can not find my notes in game (in special inventory as usual). Can some GM or someone like help me, please ?

Did you accidentally buy station cash instead of notes?

Send an email to support [at] flyinglab.com if you can't find the notes and they will fix it.
