Angry Info Please

The servers go off-line suddenly.

After a few hours you write that there are hardware problems.

Then you say that Sony and FL no longer handle the game, and the player.
European news was reported retrospectively.

Now the server is still down Roberts, after almost 24 hours.

For a network administrator and a service provider (I am too) is inconceivable, unless there has been an attack that requires you to investigate and still is equally implausible.

Now when you log out the words: "All users need to reset passwords Their"
So this theory is certainly the most plausible.

But the players and customers do not have bisongo of theories but of answers.

The European server able to put it back on-line or not "can no longer" why "someone" stopping you?

The information you provided is vague and not very reassuring.

We also spent time and money (your problems with Sony & Co. are not ours).
Can we get real answers?

thanks

GM Swabbie said at Antigua that the Roberts server has a hardware-issue wich brought down Antigua as well. Anti was fine as I understood and Roberts has the problem.
If they have to get new hardware parts for the repair it may take some time.

Maybe someone of the staff should issue a statement on the status..
But Swabbie said the technicians aren't too kind

Unhappy

But no joking ...
24 hours to find and change a piece of hardware?
But where they have ordered the parts in Iceland?
They do not have a support service with guarantees of intervention and delivery pieces?
