FLS thinking that`s funny...

so many problems in game its ok (but its good for beta, not release), buts ok we buying this game and playing. But what now? In 2 weeks problems with login-server. Its fantastic - they cant repair this so long time. Buts we wait again. And every time, when they fix bug (when i cant play few hours and more), they thinking its ok, they cant say sorry for the bug, they dont think about added play-time, they dont think about bonus (some items, maby pets), etc. They think i must say "thank u very much for fix your game".
