An Expert Mercenary Captain, who can aid you in battle with an additional ship. Adds a similar level NPC ship to your battle when used.

Requirements:
You must be on your ship in an encounter.
You must not be in combat.

The idea is that this is an expert consumable, which when used adds an NPC ship to your battle. This is useful when in a PVE battle where you've bit more than you can chew, in a (non-solo) mission where the going is tough, or in a PvP battle IF you are not in combat and there are not 5 others of your nation present. The cool down would be the same as for other expert consumables.

It will not be possible to capture or scavenge the ships generated and they will disappear at the end of the instance. The ship generated will be equivalent in level to the user but randomly chosen. The cost will be slightly higher than that of an Expert Captain with an at-cost production of ~2500 doubloons. The recipe can be received as a quest reward by completing a quest with the Nation's leader (i.e. for pirates Lord William Kidd).
