Default No ingame support?

I've run into several minor bugs through out my time playing. No real big deal until last night.

Last night I got stuck together with another ship. I couldn't move, I couldn't attack him... long story short I ended getting sunk. I lost about 2 days worth of stuff in that encounter.

(Before someone says something like don't sail with what you don't want to lose, keep in mind I have never come even close to getting sunk on a mission and I wouldn't of if I didn't get stuck against another ship).

Anyhow, I was surprised to see no in game 'petition' style option in the game. I went to the support menu tab and it took me out of the game. Anyhow I filled out this web based trouble ticket and have yet to hear anything.

So my question is, is there an in game petition option where a CSR will talk to you in game to get things resolved? This experience is a game breaker for me... nothing worse than losing progression due to a bug in the software.

Did you try Stuck (or is that called Unstuck?) skill?

There's such skill in one of your skill tabs.

Yes, I hammered on that but apparently you can't use that while in combat... and since I was attached to the enemy ship they figured I was still in combat. I thought maybe it would reset and I could exit the mission after awhile but after about 15 mins nothing.
