Rum Ration

As a pirate u got Rum Ration that gives u a 5min buff, but what i cant understand is that it goes on same CD as patches. That is totaly wrong and should be changed asap. And it uses rum wich will be lost if sunk, most other buffs uses secure cargo Rum Ration should use that 2.
