UDP Ports?

At server connection screen, there is still a delay before I am able to see the severs. When I do finally see them, it gives me a UDP error message. I have downloaded the lastest network card drivers. I even turned windows firewall off.
I still get the UDP 7000-7100 port message. This is a 'clean' windows install, (only POTBS is installed) I have downloaded all of the patches from microsoft, hardware. Please help still pulling my hair out about this. This all started after the last patch, (1.2) Now the servers are not visible on the server selection screen.
