Quests disappearing from Journal?

Hello there
Second time for me, it happened yesterday and same thing today:
some quests I had in my quest book the last time I logged have disappeared.
And some quests I've done yesterday are back in my Journal, without reward though.
Is it a known bug or have I missed something?

Another posted the same an hour ago, so I am not the only one.
But it doesnt seem to be a "common" problem though :/

You aren't the only one. I have had all kinds of weird mission problems. First I had a bunch of missions that I had completed show back up in my mission log...and the requirements to complete them were at an earlier state. Since I had completed them, it would not award me any experience/item if I went back and finished them the second time. I did some of the quests 3 times before they were officially gone from my mission journal. The only happened when I logged off and logged back on a couple of hours later.

Now, I have another problem. The "Sharktooth Raiders Bounty" kill mission - I've killed 13/15 Sharktooth Raiders (you also have to kill 2 Mako ships). I logged off and come back on to discover the mission journal says I've only killed 3 of 15 Sharktooths! BS!

I've played this game for a week now and I am already beginning to get frustrated. I like the idea of the game and some of the features, but if this is what I have to look forward to, I doubt I'll be sticking around long.

How could a development team screw simple things like this up? Must be they can't hire the talent that Blizzard can...
