Status of Transfers to Test Server?

They currently have no plans to allow coping to Testbed,,

Wrong,, once they move a new version to testbed you can't Copy ,, if they were going to let us copy they would have to turn it on when the Testbed and Live are the same version..

But they have not had it turned on since the first week it was avaiable,, even thou we have had many times with the same versions on Testbed and Live..

So as I have said they have no intention of letting people copy over again,, seems they don't have the know how to do it anymore..

No, I meant that when 1.4 was closer to being ready you'd probably see it reinstated. Not when it was there.

Hopefully by v6.3 they will get transfers fixed,, as from the feedback by the few on Testbed now they have many bugs on it..

But then maybe they like pushing Buggy versions to Live so they can have the paying community be their testers and have to answer hundreds of support tickets on issues that shaft the players..

I have to say, you really dropped the ball on this. There a are lot of people that wanted to test 1.4, you could have even gotten some of the large PvP societies to copy over and test the skills, yet you totally missed the window. Why?

Because apparently it's somehow technically complicated in ways I don't understand. I drove hard to enable you guys to copy when both Live and Testbed were 1.3.53 but the process for enabling it was not completed before we pushed 1.4 to Testbed. There was a risk to enabling it that we were unwilling to take at that moment. Hopefully, we can do this after 1.4 goes live. I'll keep pushing...

if you actually want people to test on testbed you'll need to get this sorted.
