you know I am still here - not quite made 50 yet - still enjoy it, just have very little time to play atm - similar story for most in my society too.

What is sad is this forum - it has the maturity of pre-school.

Folks who don't concern themselves with RvR and PvP are doing just fine, I guess. Balance issues do not really affect them. Most of the people leaving have been playing for a while, and are heavily involved in RvR on the National sides.

You wrong m8, I have been here since launch and in close beta for over a year. The Map Win Rewards blow socks, the PVP is forced not voluntary and FLS stated that they want a huge red zone all over the place. I hate to PVP 24/7 and if I am forced to do so I just stop altogether. I think that if you force something people (human nature) will rebel against it at some point.
This game is like Unreal turnament just in a MMO format. The fact is, the subscribers are dropping this product like if it smelled bad... go figure. The Patch 1.4 only make the NEW money Sink more clear to me...more Pirate power vs a National. Which means we need to grind more money to get back onto the sea. Nationals are the Endgame content in this game for Pirates. As Rusty stated in Beta "This is a Pirate game...." yes it is, but why make nationals? FLS could have made Pirate clans and fight eachother... with Nationals as NPC only. It would have worked better, but this system blows socks, and its not fun to play at all.

I am too on testbed and the Patch 1.4 sucks. I have gone through alot of wipes and crashes in many Betas (SWG, EVE, and others) but this game is not even as fun as SWG in beta. Its Pure PVP no content for endgamers except the dull 24/7 PVP system in this game....

This game is still refreshingly different from anything else available on the market, so I am also staying :-)

Sure there are balance issues and what-not that needs to be worked out, but I am not gonna get a hissyfit just because of that.
