Just want to say that this was probably the most even battle I've seen here in a long time. Granted, Britain had a few bundle boats, but we had an edge in leadership and experience, and it made the whole thing more or less even in my point of view. It could have seriously gone either way there.

This was an amazing port battle. I was able to keep up with screenshots in the beginning. So here comes some to supplement Frad's AAR earlier.

Last 2 before it got so crazy I had to close the local map because it was taking up space.

Default Congrats

A big congrats out to the Spanish Nationals.

All bashings aside and bragging rights and that other stuff, the Spanish are accomplishing ALOT. And I tip my hat to that (even though the French were bashed alot in the Belize thread). The Spanish have overcome the negative underdog contention modifiers, they've also done so with the smallest (?) population on the server. All very admirable.

The haven't gone head to head per say with the pirates, but I've a feeling that may come around whether they want it or not...

To the Brits: I thin they can pull it out of the fire. I love an underdog. They still have the population and resources--it is really up to some coordination and some luck. Maybe if they had the wind, it would have been a different battle... Keep up the fight Brits.

To the French...yeah, we need to organize as well. But for now, we'll keep some PVP groups going in an attempt at building a core group of experienced PVP'ers. The map is far from over.

Pirates: Would be neat to see you win a map. Especially since 1.4 is going to change things for you. Push hard.

But Spain above all should get it's recognition. Respect where it's due.
