I have a deed...how do I turn this into a ship?

Title says it all. I just bought a civilian media cutter deed. How do I turn this deed into a ship?

LOL press f1 next time it doesnt take a smuch time as puttign atopic up

right click the deed and say tradethis deed for ship done!
then harbor master select the ship and there ya go you can sail it

Oh, and avoid Civilians, they're inferior to player-made ships.

I have tried bidding on ships...but no luck...and I thought building a ship took a couple of players at least. I am NO level 16. So I got the civilian...but it is better than the first two ships.

What server are you on Michael? If you're on Antigua, I could hook you up with a level-appropriate ship.
