Can somebody tell me what the F U M P is wrong with this sail

Been posting the same [edit: sail] for 1½ month now, tuning and fixing and now i thought i got a good pic on the 4th try, but no, rejected with no reason, [summary: I'm not happy.]

Anyway....if some skilled designer can tell me exactly whats wrong with this picture it would make me a happy camper.

2 things:

1. Shouting abuse isn't going to get anything solved, nor get anyone to help you
2. If you knew so much about this content system that's personally against you, you'd know that those links to content don't work anymore with the new system, you need to give us a direct image.

Oh and designs often get rejected for many reasons, if it is fine, then you have every right to appeal against FLS decision on it although I do doubt swearing your mouth off won't help matters.
The attitude is was isn't helping as I doubt that reading your colourful post I'd help you out once you post the design if something is wrong with it.

Oh and did you know that obviously going around the profanity filter can get you banned? Just a thought...

The thing is that it does have a lot of distortion on that picture. Even when you throw it though vectormagic, it's still a bit bad

Looks like aliasing is the problem in the image posted

I downloaded and placed your sail image in the POTBS Flag & Sail Previewer....and noticed a couple other problems also. The transparency problem is one, you can't see the pattern of the base sail image of POTBS through yours, this is a must from every tutorial on sail making I've read on here. Plus the white background you are using is a no no also, pure white and black along with any "modern" colors are frowned on by POTBS.

Good luck, hope those suggestions help some. I liked your sail in voting, good basic idea for a sail. Took me 5 tries to get my first one approved and that was with the old system. Have had several flags and sails approved very quickly now with the new UC system.

Tried blurring it a tad? Knock it a bit out of focus and see if it works. Also, if you make it a bit more transparent, I think the jaggies won't show as much :shifty:
