I'm almost curious.... if the problem is due to the reinforcements timer, there is a possibility that the ports that were affected by it (ie, have had those reinforcements occur) now do not have a timer, and the next time they are put into contention it will work.


And no, I am not volunteering to eco-dump on one of those ports to find out.

I think we will pass and make the game more boring for everyone. Future actions are a result of previous knowledge.

And therein lies the rub. I acknowledge the possiblity that the bugged ports may only bug out once. I think this is a case where the old adage once bitten twice shy comes into play.

Even if it resolves itself, my policy of never filing a support ticket is going to leave me out a healthy chunk of change on this. I will definitely never see the inside of a courrone and I am thinking I will barley manage to launch one heavy herc (after 1.4) but have no chance of replacing it once the inevitable game crashes and disconnects cause it to sink (or who knows maybe the enemy will get to if first in a legit fight).

LMAO, I also heard that FLS is going to host a 1v1 on the test server, even give away a new computer for 1st prize or something?

I'm sure most people could use a new computer to run AoC on...
